Singapore's FIRST
Tanglin Gin emerged from the desire to pioneer, to experiment, to take a chance. The very first batch of a Singapore Gin was created on the 1st of July 2018. Since then the distillery has moved to the heart of the Tanglin neighborhood, once home to many spice plantations.
Orchid Gin
Orchard Gin is the first and original expression. Singapore's first ever gin is a modern one. It is smooth, with the pine of the juniper unmistakably present. Its herbaceous flavor notes come from the classic gin botanicals with the addition of Vanilla Planifolia Orchid and an unexpected spice: Amchoor.

The Crew
Four Western expatriates living in Singapore were surprised to find that despite a thriving food and beverage industry, there was still no Singapore-produced gin. The four had their own professional expertise, but not much experience distilling gin. However, they learned a lot about distilling and botanicals, and in 2017, launched Singapore's first Tanglin Gin distillery.
